Customers can speak with owner/operator, Michael Buell or manager Les Pearson.Butchering and processing is done by appointment, and customers are asked to call ahead before delivery. For people who do not raise livestock but are interested in direct from the farm meat, please call and ask for information.

Wabash Clay Custom Meats, Incorporated, was started in 2000 by Michael and Jennifer Buell On February 9, 2001, the purchase of the former Clay County Meat Processing was completed and Wabash Clay opened for business. Wabash Clay Custom Meats is a custom meat processor with most of our business being butchering, cutting and wrapping of livestock for customers that raise their own animals or purchase animals for meat. Wabash Clay Custom Meats also sells meat retail and custom processes wild and exotic game.

Wabash Clay Custom Meats has been blessed with a growing business over the years. Our company strives to be a contributing member of Clay and surrounding counties. We are directly involved with a number of local charities and are very strong supporters of 4-H livestock exhibitors throughout the Wabash Valley.
